The company operates through two primary segments: Equipment and Services. Its Equipment segment addresses the data center, power solutions and compression end-markets through its engine-based solutions. It offers power generation equipment for data centers to deliver prime and backup power required to sustain intensive AI workloads. Its power solutions provide baseload and peaking power to stabilize utility grids in-front-of-the-meter and power independent microgrids behind-the-meter. Further, its compression solutions support the full energy value chain, including gas lift, gathering, processing, storage and transmission, enabling gaseous fuel transport. The Services segment offers comprehensive services offering including transactional parts and labor, lifetime service agreements, overhaul and repair, remanufacturing, conversions, modifications and upgrades, commissioning, and digital services. Its brands include Jenbacher, which provides engines power solutions, such as engines, which are packaged generator sets and cogeneration and trigeneration units for power generation; Waukesha, that offers gas compression and power generation for remote environments; and myplant, that offers AI-enabled software solutions for generating power and heat. The company was formerly known as INNIO Holding GmbH and changed its name to INNIO Group Holding B.V. in June 2026. Innio Holding Gmbh was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Munich, Germany. Innio Holding Gmbh operates as a subsidiary of AI Alpine (Luxembourg) S.à r.l.
